Samuel H. Weiner is an intellectual property attorney at Ostrolenk, Faber, Gerb & Soffen. He joined the firm more than 50 years ago and has been an integral part of its continued growth, counseling clients on all phases of intellectual property law, including negotiating license agreements and in patent and trademark prosecution and litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Samuel worked as a physicist, conducting research in the physics of electrical contacts and the development of high power rectifiers.
