As managing partner of Ostrolenk and an attorney who has prolifically litigated patent, trademark and copyright law suits throughout the nation, Max Moskowitz stresses and counsels clients to seek business and economically sensible solutions to their intellectual property issues. Mr. Moskowitz’ litigation skills have been honed by his daily handling of patent and trademark filings at the United State Patent and Trademark Office, and in corresponding Offices throughout the world.
Prior to joining Ostrolenk over three decades ago, Mr. Moskowitz worked as a practicing electronics engineer for eleven years, focusing primarily on state-of-the-art digital electronics including microprocessor systems and related software, memories, and communications, but his patent experience extends to virtually all aspects of electronic and mechanical systems.
Clients, here and abroad, consult with Mr. Moskowitz about the creation and design of new products, protecting those designs and assuring that the new products avoid rights of third parties
