Mr. Gray counsels clients in patent infringement litigation, and obtains patents for clients in a wide range of chemical and biological technologies. He has represented patent infringement litigants in the United States District Courts and Court of Appeals in a variety of technologies, including medical devices and computer systems. He has also represented patent applicants before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in numerous arts, including molecular biology, organic and inorganic chemistry, medical diagnostics and pharmaceuticals.
