Larry Rosenthal is licensed to practice law both in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the New York Bar Association and the New York Intellectual Property Law Association. Larry handles patent, trademark and copyright litigation and prosecution as well as opinion work, licensing, Inter Partes Reviews and Ex Parte Reexaminations.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Larry worked for many years in the field of software engineering, including five years at Apple Computer in California. His experience includes working on system software for such products as the original iMac and many PowerBook laptops.
Larry obtained a B.S.E.E (Electrical Engineering) from Carnegie Mellon University; a J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law, and an MBA from University at Buffalo School of Management. He is on the board of the American Friends of Livnot U’Lehibanot and on the NYC Steering Committee for the University at Buffalo Law Alumni Association.
